Festival Screenings

Single General Admission tickets to festival screenings are available for $7 at the theatres, or for $6 in advance at any Indianapolis area Marsh Supermarket.

Festival 10-Packs, consisting of ten General Admission tickets, are available for $50 (a $20 savings over single ticket pricing) in advance through Heartland’s toll-free ticket line at 1.866.HFF.1010 or at any Indianapolis area Marsh Supermarket.  Festival 10-Packs will also be available at the theatres during the festival.

Seating Cards

For the first time, Seating Cards will be required (in addition to General Admission tickets) for festival screenings to ensure the maximum number of people can enjoy each film screening. Seating Cards are obtained at the theatre for that day’s screenings until they run out. Here is how it will work.

Volunteers will be positioned near the door of each festival-screening venue with unique color-coded Seating Cards for each screening at that venue for that day. Seating Cards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis beginning one hour before the earliest screening. Up to four Seating Cards per showing may be distributed to an individual. Individuals may obtain Seating Cards for multiple showings at one time. Once all Seating Cards for a screening have been distributed, the showing is considered “Sold Out.” Up to ten people may place their names on a waiting list with the Seating Card volunteers. These individuals may be seated in the last five minutes before the showing begins, should seats be available.

Once a Seating Card is obtained, individuals who already have General Admission tickets may proceed to the appropriate theatre entrance or relax in the lobby until time for the screening. Individuals who have obtained a Seating Card but do not yet have a General Admission ticket may proceed to the Ticket Agent to purchase a ticket.

At the theatre entrance, a volunteer will check both the Seating Card and General Admission ticket. The volunteer will retain the Seating Card and the ticket stub.

If all seating cards have been distributed, any open seats in the theatre five minutes prior to the start time may be offered to individuals on a waiting list. Individuals with Seating Cards who arrive less than five minutes before the start of a screening may have forfeited their opportunity to use the Seating Card.

Tickets for all other Special Events are available by calling Heartland’s toll-free ticket line at 1.866.HFF.1010.
