Ticketing Guidelines

Check the TICKETS page for information on ticketing and pricing for specific events and screenings.

All screening tickets are general admission; theater seating is limited and not reserved.

SEATING CARDS are issued for day-of screenings only and available as soon as theaters open each morning. 

CHILD tickets are for children aged 12 and under.

STUDENT tickets are for any individual with a valid Student ID.

At this time, our Online Store does not allow for international sales.  If you're interested in attending the Festival and not a resident of the United States, please contact the Heartland Offices at 317-464-9405 for ticketing information.

Special Event tickets ordered online or by phone after October 9 will be held in WILL CALL.  Arrive at any event as you normally would; the Will Call table will open one hour prior to the event.  Should you purchase tickets to more than one event, you will not be able to pick up all tickets in one place.  They will be available prior to the individual event you are attending.
