CHILD tickets are for children aged 12 and under. STUDENT tickets are for any individual with a valid Student ID.
At this time, our Online Store does not allow for international sales. If you're interested in attending the Festival and not a resident of the United States, please contact the Heartland Offices at 317-464-9405 for ticketing information.
Special Event tickets ordered online or by phone after October 8 will be held in WILL CALL. Arrive at any event as you normally would; the Will Call table will open one hour prior to the event. Each Special Event ticket will be available prior to the indivual event you are attending.

SPECIAL EVENTS
Tickets for all Special Events are available through Heartland’s toll-free ticket line at 1-866-HFF-1010 and ONLINE. Prices vary by event.
SEATING CARDS and AUDIENCE CHOICE AWARDS
Seating Cards will be required (in addition to general admission tickets) for Festival screenings to ensure the maximum number of people can enjoy each film. Seating Cards are obtained at the theater for each day’s screenings until they are gone.
Seating Cards also function as the Audience Choice Award voting cards. Upon conclusion of the program, you may rate the films you just viewed by tearing the Seating Card at the appropriate places. Seating Cards will be collected as you exit the theater and will be used to tabulate the Audience Choice Awards for each of the three categories: Dramatic Feature, Documentary Feature and Short Film.
